In compliance of this circular, MTCTE certificates shall be directly uploaded by TEC to ICEGATE through eSANCHIT. On uploading of the certificate, a unique IRN (Image reference number) will be generated by the system and the same will be communicated to the beneficiary. For availing this facility, the email id of the beneficiaries registered with ICEGATE will be used. Once the facility of uploading the document on eSANCHIT is fully implemented, the beneficiaries (importer/ exporter) will not be allowed to upload such documents themselves.Tec
Accordingly, importers of Telecom Equipment and other concerned are requested to comply with the requirements of Custom’s, as communicated through the said letter. It is reiterated that MTCTE certificates, even though available for download through MTCTE portal, shall not be accepted on Custom’s portal from the importers directly.
